19/3/08 Wiggy has passed away today after her second stroke in three days. North East SBT Rescue tell us “she was a lovely lady, the 5 months I had her, but the angels decided to take her away before a forever home was found”. :(

Sleep tight Wiggy.

Wiggy is a lovely 9-year-old red and white staffie girl who is being rehomed through North East Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rescue. Due to her owner’s ill health, Wiggy is currently in foster care in Cambridgeshire with three other staffies, who she gets on with very well.

Wiggy loves nothing more than to play with her boomer ball. She is in fact so passionate about it that she may well play for England one day! This sweet girl also loves loads of cuddles from her human companions.

Wiggy would suit being in an older household and could live with other dogs. She is also used to kids! Her cat status is unknown at present.

Wiggy has no medical needs and is spayed and up-to-date with her jabs.

If you would like to find out more about her, please send an email to:

Please mention that you saw Wiggy on the Oldies Club website.

Rescue’s rehoming policy:
We aim to find our dogs new homes by working to a rehoming policy which matches each dog’s individual needs, characteristics and traits with the most suitable new owner and living environment. To achieve this, we need to ask prospective owners a few questions, which are followed up by an informal visit to your home.
