20/7/2009 Beautiful Bibi has found her new home after a year long wait. She is so pleased to have found her new people
________________________________________________
This beautiful girl is Bibi, a very sweet 9 year old black cat. Bibi is in the care of Animal Rescue and Care but is currently in a foster home.
Bibi loves being groomed and having a fuss made of her. She needs a quiet, stable home where she can get loads of love and attention.
Bibi is diabetic but as long as she has her insulin injections REGULARLY twice a day and her environment is calm and stress she will be fine. Don’t be put off if you have never given such injections before, as she is a very good patient and the procedure is very simple and quick. All costs relating to this condition will be covered by ARC.
Because of the need to reduce Bibi’s stress levels (stress will cause her blood sugar levels to become unstable), she would be better suited to a home without other cats or young children although she might be able to cope with a quiet dog
She is such sweet girl in need of a caring, retirement home. Sadly, she has been overlooked for 9 months due to her condition and age. She would be an ideal indoor cat as she is not interested in going outside. ARC is either looking for a permanent home or a long-term foster home. Either way; there is financial support for Bibi.
Her situation is becoming quite urgent, as the only foster home able to care for Bibi and where she has been for 9 months, not only has other animals but there is worsening asthma within the family. This said, ARC and her foster carer, Lucy, only want the right home for Bibi.
If you feel you might have the right home for Bibi and are prepared to make the commitment to her health needs, then please contact her fosterer, Lucy
