Darwin

Darwin was an 11 year old coonhound who came into an Oldies Club foster home because his owners were leaving the country. He was a happy and active boy with a big loud voice who loved to follow exciting smells and particularly loved smelly treats such as dried fish or liver. He got on well with the other dogs in his foster home and enjoyed their company.

Darwin was diagnosed with Cushings Syndrome, and was being treated for this before being advertised for rehoming.

Sadly, after a month in his foster home he suddenly became seriously ill and died, probably as a result of a serious internal tumour.

His fosterers are very sad to lose him and will always remember him as a very special dog.
