Wonderful Woggle (Oldies Club sponsor dog)

Woggle came into Oldies Club care early November overweight and with lots of medical issues. Despite all this he was a very good-natured boy.
It was discovered that Woggle had Larangeal paralysis which meant he was in danger of food going down the wrong way and he was more likely to develop chest infections/pneumonia. After discussion about all his ailments it was decided that he would become a sponsor dog and remain in Oldies Club care.

He had an enjoyable Christmas but sadly in early January he suddenly went off his food and ended up in the vets on a drip fighting a large infection. Sadly the vets felt that Woggle was suffering and the kindest thing to do was to let him go.
We are very grateful to his lovely foster family for welcoming him into their family and taking such great care of him for us, for his final months. Run free at Rainbow Bridge, lovely boy.
