Hello everyone- meet Billy! He’s patiently waiting to meet you at Blue Cross Tiverton in Devon.
Billy is looking for a new home where he can have a fuss all day long, followed by a play of course!
Billy is suitable to live with older children, but he would be better being the only pet in the home please.
