Yoshi is a gorgeous friendly 8y old medium sized Whippet looking for his home through Dogs Trust Merseyside. He is currently in a lovely foster home and is described by his foster mummy as one of the easiest dogs they have had !
Not a lot is known about Yoshi, save for that he did come from a domestic situation and is now looking for his perfect retirement home.
He can live with children aged 12yrs + and needs to be the only dog in the home. He is a good boy when out on walks and can trot along with calm dogs once he has been introduced to them. He can be reactive and vocal towards those he doesn’t know, but is easily moved on.
Yoshi is always happy to say Hello, but you will not always get his undivided attention, as he may spot a squirrel which I’m afraid trumps you !
He is a playful chap and loves his tugged toys and balls. He has recently had some of his teeth out and experiences some age related hip pain, but apart from this he is a healthy boy.
So if you are looking for an easy friendly boy and perhaps live somewhere where walks do not involve meeting lots of other dogs, this happy boy could be just for you ?
