6/9/19 – Henry has been rehomed!

Please meet Henry, a very dear and sweet, large-medium sized, 7-8 year old Crossbreed. Leash of Life are looking for a foster/adoption offer for him within an hour of their base in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, so they are on hand to be able to help if needed.

Henry was abandoned as a puppy and has spent his whole life behind bars: 7 years in a Spanish shelter and the last month in a kennel in U.K. He arrived covered in scars from what appears to be a recent dog attack and is terrified of other dogs, so he needs to be the only pet.

Henry is just waiting for someone to give him a chance. He so needs human comfort and to know what it is like to be loved. A caring, safe home, somewhere calm and quiet with a secure garden to potter around in would be perfect for him. He just wants to learn to be a proper dog, to enjoy doggy life outside and to play.

Henry has never been walked on a lead, seen the outside world, other animals, children, etc., so he will need a very calm, adult-only home with a special someone prepared to give him time and work with him at his own pace. His sister has settled into home life amazingly well.

Henry has no known medical needs and has been neutered.
