George (RSPCA, Cheshire)

If you are looking for a well behaved, small dog, that adores love and affection, and although a little older in years, still loves their walks, then George maybe your man !

He is a Jack Russell cross, aged around 9-10yrs with RSPCA, Poynton, Cheshire, and came into their care from one of their Inspectors with another female dog who has sadly passed away. George is missing his friend and kennels are no place for him.

Such an affectionate little chap, he will happily sit forever, as long as you are willing to give him strokes and cuddles. He loves his walks too, but can pull a little bit when he sees other dogs, so he is looking for a home where he is the only dog and there are no cats.

In kennels he is very clean so it is thought housetraining will not be an issue. He is the most loving chap and deserves a wonderful forever home in which to spend the rest of his life.

George has cataracts in both eyes, but this does not effect him at all at present. He is not a great traveller in the car, so if you have some nice little walks from your front door, then that would be perfect !

He could also live with secondary school age children who would be respectful of his age, and of course be happy to give him lots of love and cuddles..obvs !
