1/8/14 – Just had this sad update from Barley Kennels: ‘Sadly Frisby passed away 2 weeks ago, he never did find his forever home but he was happy and very much loved with us.’
This beautiful boy is Frisby and he is a 9 year old Greyhound who is looking for a new home with the help of Barley Kennels in Essex.
Frisby is a typical laid back Greyhound who would like a comfortable home to spend the rest of his days. He loves people and enjoys getting a fuss, but is not overly demanding of attention. He will be an easy dog to have around the home. Frisby would prefer a quiet retirement home as an only dog.
While outside, Frisby walks nicely on lead but reacts to other breeds of dogs and can sometimes redirect his aggression. For this reason, Frisby would not be suitable to live with children and will need a patient owner who is experienced with Greyhounds.
Frisby has mild arthritis in a leg that was injured when he was racing, but is otherwise in good health.
If you would like to find out more about this handsome fellow, please contact Barley Kennels as follows:
Please mention that you saw Frisby on the Oldies Club website.
