Mitzi (Safe Rescue, fostered Norfolk)

Mitzi is a lovely Crossbreed lady saved from Romania and now enjoying life in a UK foster home. She’s laid-back and enjoys her walks. Mitzi needs to be in a quiet home with another dog who will help her gain confidence.

Shep (South East Dog Rescue, fostered Kent)

Shep is a handsome, older gentleman and he still has a lot of life, love and laughs to give. He adores people, loves walks and any new adventures. He would thrive with an older person/couple in a home where any children are 12+ and could live with a calm, confident dog, but no cats please.

Trixie (St. Giles Animal Centre, Somerset)

Trixie is a sweet Mastiff lady who likes her treats and cuddles. She would love a forever home which is pet-free and where any children are aged 16+. She’s good on the lead and enjoys her walks but is not overly active.

Max (Freshfields Animal Rescue, Liverpool)

Max really loves his people! He also loves toys and food (a bit too much). He wants an adult-only home as an only pet. It takes him a while to trust new people but when he does, he’s the most loyal, loving and amusing boy you could wish to call yours.

Ingrid (Stray2Me, fostered Suffolk)

Despite having had a terrible life, sweet Ingrid just loves people and is a happy and friendly girl now enjoying the comforts of domestic life. She likes to play with the dogs and cats in her foster home and must be rehomed with another dog.

Cora (Stray2Me, fostered Staffordshire)

Cora is a happy, friendly, waggy-tailed lady who would like to live in a cosy, retirement home with other dogs for company. She can also live with cats. Cora is housetrained and settles well at nights. A home in time for Christmas would be perfect.

Ursa (Cloud K9 Rescue, fostered North Yorks)

Ursa is a big, cuddly gent who loves to have attention. He is currently in foster care living with another dog and cat and is fine with both. Ursa would make a wonderful companion and would love to be in his forever home for his first Christmas!

Mike (Dogs Trust Newbury, Berkshire)

Want a best friend who thinks you’re fascinating, loves your company and will do anything you ask if you have a treat in your hand? Then look no further than Mike! He wants to be the only pet in an adult only home… with tennis balls, toys and treats!

Fred (Cloud K9 Rescue, fostered Whitby)

This lovely, fluffy boy likes his walks and loves his fuss! He can live with cats and is good with other dogs but wants to be the only one at home. He’d like an adult-only home so that his snooze time is assured. Fred is loving, cheerful and gorgeous!

Don (Freshfields Animal Rescue, Liverpool)

This cuddly, chunky gentleman is looking for a home where someone is around a lot of the time. He only needs short, plodding walks. He wants to be the only dog at home but could live with cats. Visiting children or resident teenagers would be fine. Don is goofily and adorable!

Zion (Rescue Remedies, kennelled Gatwick)

Gentle old Zion just wants to sleep in comfort, preferably in the sunshine. He likes a short plod and snuffle followed by extensive snuggles and interspersed with treats. He wants an adult-only home so his peace is assured and he really needs to have soft furnishings in his life again!

Toffee (Love Underdogs, Essex)

Toffee is fabulous and fun-loving, but his health can get him down if he has a flare-up. He needs super caring and experienced people who will make his health and happiness their top priority. He’s well worth the effort! He loves moderate walks in nature and a thoroughly good splash in a pool.

Bjorn (Love Underdogs, Essex)

Bjorn is a big, happy and affectionate boy who absolutely loves being around other dogs. He is unsure of some men so needs walks in quieter areas. An adult-only, countryside home, with people who are experienced with big dogs, is what he needs.

Balto (Love Underdogs, Essex)

Big Balto is a super cuddly teddy bear who is a real charmer. He loves adventures and absolutely adores car rides. Balto is looking for an adult home as the only pet but gets on with some dogs outside. He’d thrive in a peaceful and rural environment and needs committed owners who will no doubt fall in love with him.

Dillon (National Animal Welfare Trust, Cornwall)

A more loving, cuddly, playful dog you could not hope to meet. Dillon can live with older children but wants to be the only pet at home. He does need distracting with treats to ignore other dogs on walks but is otherwise easy-going and fun. He really loves his toys!

Niko (Friends of Akitas, kennelled Notts.)

With his sunny nature, Niko is a joy to be around at all times. He loves his walks, treats and any fuss that’s on offer. He wants to be the only pet and could live with dog savvy teenagers. He’s simply a happy, well behaved, snuggly boy!

Frankie (South East Dog Rescue, fostered Kent)

This beautiful lady is quite a character and will amuse and delight you in equal measure. She needs a child and pet free home with a good garden, in the South East. She’s an easy-going and cheerful dog as long as her needs are met, mainly comfort and peace!

Arthur (Rescue Remedies, kennelled Gatwick)

Arthur is a soppy boy who loves life! His favourite things are walks, running after a ball, rolling on the grass, being rubbed down and snuggling on the sofa. He wants an adult-only home. He has lots of energy as well as lots of love to give!

Franky (RADAR Dog Rescue, South Yorkshire)

He might not look like a teddy but once you get to know Franky he’s all cuddles… and kisses! He loves to play and gets on well with most other dogs at the kennels. He wants an adult only home with no small furries. Could you foster or adopt him?

Henry (Rescue Remedies, kennelled Gatwick)

Henry is a genial chap. He loves people, especially visitors! Adult only home needed as he can be boisterous when excited. He likes walking with other dogs but gets jumpy with overly forward ones. He enjoys splashies, tennis ball wrangling and being moral support when any gardening is going on.

Butch (1 Dog At A Time, Northants)

30/06/2021 – Butch has been adopted! Hooray!
Butch likes walks in the countryside, snoozing in the sunshine and getting fusses. He likes being stroked so much that he mumbles about how much he’s enjoying it! He’s good around lady dogs but is wary of most males. Could Butch be your new, outdoorsy best friend?

Roxy (Cheltenham Animal Shelter, Gloucestershire)

02/05/2021 – Roxy has been adopted! Congratulations lovely girl!
This affectionate girl is not what you would call delicate or shy. She loves people, she doesn’t like other animals and she really loves food! She needs to be an only pet in and adult only home and she offers as much love and fun as you could possibly wish for.

Tiggy (Private rehoming via kennels, Suffolk)

2/3/21 – Tiggy has found a wonderful new home and is settling in well. Copdock Kennels asked us to say that they have been overwhelmed by the response and the support for Tiggy. Thank you so much to everyone that enquired about her. A very happy ending for a very lovely old lady!
