Sweet little Marnis would like to introduce herself! She is a 12 year old Staffy girl who finds herself in rescue with National Animal Welfare Trust in Berkshire after her owner sadly passed away.

Before coming to NAWT, Marnis spent a long time in boarding kennels while her owner was ill. She has been waiting a long time to start looking for a new home and she really hopes someone comes along soon.

Marnis loves having people around and is the happiest when she is snuggling on the sofa with someone. She may be happy to share her sofa with another dog, provided they get along after being introduced at the rescue. Marnis may also be willing to share with a cat, but she has never lived with one before so she would require careful introductions.

Marnis enjoys going out for walks but she is a little deaf now, so will need to be kept on lead – this doesn’t bother her though as she walks really nicely on the lead. She doesn’t need to go too far now either, just a nice stroll will suit her fine.

You can see more lovely photos of Marnis by following this link.

Marnis is on long-term medication. If you want more information about this, please call the centre to discuss it.
