Pretty Penny is 11 years old and is being rehomed by RSCPA Westmorland Branch in Kendal, Cumbria.

Penny is a fabulous little girl who is full of life, and of course, for a Jack Russell Terrier, 11 is hardly any age at all! Penny is playful and affectionate, and she is always happy, with her little tail wagging all the time when she’s out on her walks.

Penny loves to be with her people and she adores having lots of fuss and attention. She knows the command ‘sit’, and although she pulls on the lead a bit when she first sets out, she soon calms down and walks really nicely on the lead.

Not much is known of Penny’s background but it’s thought that she was an only pet and isn’t used to living with children, so she’d like a nice quiet home once again. She can be left on her own for short periods.

Could Penny be your new best friend?
