They are gentle and affectionate once they know you, They’d adore being the only treasured pets in a quiet household where any children are 14+.

Jake and Marble are delightful, inseparable oldies. When they settle down at bedtime, sweet old Lurcher lady Marble, curls herself around little Jake and then they go to sleep. They need a lovely home together, now!

Robyn and Badger (Adopt a Dog North East, Durham)

Adorable Badger and Robyn are the very best of friends and require a home where they can be together, as well as the love, security and care of a human companion. They are such easy little dogs to have around – they love to sleep and potter about in the garden together. They just want a warm, loving home where they can spend time in each other’s company.

Maisie (RSPCA Westmorland, Cumbria)

Maisie is such a little sweetie, though sad that she was abandoned by her previous owner. She loves being with people and is affectionate and playful. Maisie can live with children aged 11+ but would prefer to be the only pet. She will make such a great companion.

Dot (Freshfields Animal Rescue, Liverpool)

Dot is a teeny, tiny girl who needs a lap to sit on. She also needs you to be able to afford to take care of her, as she currently has red, itchy skin due to an untreated flea allergy. Dot is sweet, adorable and entertaining. What a poppet!

Rocky & Ruby (Bath Cats and Dogs Home)

Rocky and Ruby are a cuddly, amusing duo who play tug with a toy between them. They can live with children of any age and need only short, quiet walks, or just playtime at home if you have a nice big garden.

Sophi (Safe Rescue, fostered Norfolk)

Sweet Sophie is looking for someone to treasure her and give her the life she really deserves. She enjoys lots of fuss, loves her walks and playing with other dogs. Sophi will make a fantastic companion for anyone who has time and attention to give her.

Gino (Pawprints To Freedom, fostered Bedford)

Dinky Gino is a very sweet and gentle boy who is great with people of all sizes. He would like to be the only dog in the home as he can be bossy, but he gets on fine with cats. He loves lots of cuddles and nap-time and, of course, his food. He’s a little sweetheart.

Hardy (Pawprints To Freedom, fostered Kent)

Cute Hardy is a handsome and appealing chap who is a bit shy but just wants to please. He’s house-trained, non-destructive when left and can live with dogs and childred aged 8+. Once he gets to know you, you will have his eternal adoration.

Elvira (Safe Rescue, fostered Norfolk)

Elvira is a happy, friendly little lady. She loves everyone, including other dogs and children. She enjoys getting a fuss from everyone she meets. Life is full of love when you’re with this cutie girl!

Sweet little Missy was sadly mistreated in her previous home and she thoroughly deserves a happy future. She’d like to be your only pet and have someone at home with her most of the time. Missy will be such a loving companion.

Roxy (Senior Staffy Club, fostered Birmingham)

Roxy is a happy girl who loves to be with her people, snuggled on the sofa. She can live with gentle children aged 6+ and is good with dogs so might be able to live with a calm friend. She’d like a home where she won’t be left too long.

Lady (All Dogs Matter, fostered North London)

Lovely Lady is such a sweet and affectionate Staffie who loves nothing more than being with people and a snuggle and snooze on the sofa. She can live with children aged 10+ and possibly a calm, male dog, but no cats please. All she asks for is a forever home.

Joshua (Foal Farm Animal Rescue, Kent)

Everyone has fallen in love with Joshua, a cuddly and affectionate Staffie boy who still thinks he’s a youngster. Joshua is good with children and could live with a calm, female dog. A cosy retirement home would be just perfect for him.

Adorable Bruce is so fantastically friendly and affectionate he resides in the kennel Reception to meet and greet. He pays no attention to other dogs and can live with children, but not cats. He’s a lovely, typical Staffie who would make a very loyal companion.
