Pretty Polly is such a friendly and happy Jack Russell Cross lady who is still active and loves her daily walks. She’s fine with dogs out and about but would prefer to be the only pet. She’s looking for a quiet home where any children are older visitors.

Boomer (All Dogs Matter, North London)

Boomer collapsed on the street from heatstroke but happily has now fully recovered and is looking for a quiet foster/forever home. He’d like a garden to potter around and could live with children aged 12+. Boomer is okay with dogs outside but would like to be the only pet.

Alfie is an adorable Staffie Cross who is loving, playful and likes lots of attention. He’s fine with dogs out and about but would suit a pet-free home for all the love he so enjoys. Alfie is fine with older, dog-savvy children as he can be strong. Have you got enough love for Alfie?

Jasper (Safe Rescue, fostered Norfolk)

Darling Jasper is an adventurous Terrier but his past experiences have left him hand shy with strangers. Once he does trust you, he’s a soppy, treat-loving sweetie. He would like to live with other dogs but not cats or children. He’s super fun and walkies are his favourite thing!

Buster (Animal Action Trust, fostered Essex)

Buster is a cute and cuddly Jack Russell Cross whose owner sadly passed away. He loves all things in the home, especially cuddles and a space on the sofa. Buster is used to visiting children but needs a pet-free home with a nice garden for playtime.

Intrepid Toby! (Oldies Club, fostered Norfolk)

Toby is a fun little boy but he needs some TLC. His eyesight is poor and he can only walk for about 20 minutes. Then it’s super fun buggy time! He loves meeting other dogs, smelling good smells, eating his special food and getting belly rubs and cuddles.

Missy (RSPCA Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire)

Missy is a sweet girl who is fine with relaxed dogs and could live with a calm male dog of a similar age. She might need further training so you’ll need to be happy to help Missy settle in her own time. She could live with teenagers but not cats.

Jake (RSPCA Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire)

Sweet Jake arrived in rescue via an RSPCA inspector. He’s a lovely lad who is great with children but needs a home as your only pet. Do you have dog experience and the love and patience to allow Jake to settle and give him any training he might need?

Holly (RSPCA West Hatch, Somerset)

Holly is a loving and active Terrier who would make a wonderful companion in an adult and pet-free home. After a good walk or playing with her toys, she loves cuddling up on the sofa with you. She knows lots of commands and is always keen to learn.

Bonnie (Foal Farm Animal Rescue, Kent)

Once Bonnie trusts you, she will be your faithful companion forever. She wants to be an only pet in an adult-only home. She likes her food warmed up, she likes to snuggle up to you in the evenings and she loves walkies!

Bobby is a big character in a little body. He’s a Chihuahua X Jack Russell so he has strongly held views on some things and a talent for fun. He could live with another small dog but not cats or children. He’s a super fun, quirky companion!

Champ (RSPCA Macclesfield, fostered Cheshire)

Champ the Wonder Dog is a soppy Staffy lad who offers an abundance of love and affection to everyone. He’s mad about his walks and also sitting at the window watching the world go by. He needs to be the only pet in the home for all that lovely attention and cuddling.

Hughie (Senior Staffy Club, kennelled Stoke-on-Trent)

Hughie is a super friendly boy who loves cuddles and tummy rubs! He’s very bright and obsessed with food so it’s easy to teach him new tricks. He wants to be an only pet in an adult (maybe with teenagers) home with a good garden and he wants lots of walkies!

Mika (Rescue Remedies, Surrey)

Mika is a proper Terrier in that he’s super affectionate with his friends, amusingly busy on walks and will chase anything small and quick. He can live with other dogs but definitely not cats! He’s cheerful, loving and always entertaining. He just needs to know he truly belongs again.

Nico and Nala (On the Way Home Rescue, Wales)

Nico and Nala are a pair of American Bulldogs needing a loving home together. They are friendly, clever and just the sweetest doggy duo ever. They are good with all people and dogs but not used to cats. Nico and Nala are two wonderful characters!

Nina (All Dogs Matter, North London)

Cute Nina is a sweet golden oldie who is looking for a quiet retirement home. She is blind though it doesn’t get in her way. She needs direct access to a garden and could live with children aged 14+ and a calm canine companion, but no cats please.

Tyson (RSPCA Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire)

Tyson is a sweet, soppy and loving Staffy boy who would love to be in his own home again. He’s looking for experienced owners, a couple of nice walks a day and lots of affection. Tyson needs to be the only pet and can live with teenage children.

Bruce is a friendly, affectionate chap, looking for an adult home as your only pet. He’s partially deaf but you’ll just need to use visual cues and be vigilant to keep him safe. You’ll need a garden and access to quiet walks where Bruce won’t meet lots of dogs.

Fluffy, playful but timid at times, Lily would like a retirement home with at least one other dog and no children. She loves walks so much, she’s like a puppy at the outset. She’s shy at first and especially nervous of men but once she does trust, she’s adorable!

Miley (Dogs Trust Merseyside)

Miley is a sweet and happy girl who loves to be made a fuss of. She is looking for a home where she can enjoy a relaxing home life and go out for pleasant walks. She might be 12 but she still loves to get out and about!

Buddy (Dogs Trust Merseyside)

Buddy lived on the streets with his owner for 8 years and not much fazes him. He enjoys a gentle stroll and loves a tennis ball. Although generally OK with dogs, he’d like to be your only one, but he can live with older children.

Drifter (Safe Rescue, fostered Norwich)

Drifter was rescued from years of a hard life in a Romanian shelter and can be a bit cantankerous though mostly, he is a cheerful soul who even enjoys a fuss and a bum scratch. He can live with dogs and older children but has not been cat-tested. Can you give Drifter the loving home he now deserves?

Bella (Leicester Animal Aid)

Sweet Bella is a cute Jack Russell/Papillon Cross who knows what she likes. She’s sprightly and loves being out and about and can’t get enough of squeaky toys. Bella would like an experienced, adult-only home as the only pet for all that fuss and attention.
