1/3/19 – Buddy has found a home

Beautiful Buddy was happy and loved in his former home, before his world turned upside down and his beloved dad had to go into care. Now he is looking to find a new family to love and care for him and help mend his broken heart. Buddy is an Irish Setter Cross and is 8 years old. He is being rehomed by Irish Setter Rescue and Rehome and is currently in Ireland, but he can be homed anywhere in the UK.
Buddy is a fit, agile and healthy lad who loves to go for walks. He has always been a solo act and would probably prefer to be an only dog in his new home as well. He is fine with other dogs, but he prefers human company to that of his own kind!
Buddy likes young humans too, but will only be rehomed with children over 12 as a general policy of the rescue. He has not been tested with cats.
Buddy will be given full backup by ISR&R under their Golden Oldies Scheme which provides vet treatment for existing or age-related conditions.
Buddy will be ready to travel soon and he would love to find himself a place in your home and heart and to be part of a loving family once more. He is a lovely boy who deserves a second chance to be loved.
