28/10/19 – Rehomed
Crystal and Finnegan (Finn for short) are sweet Chihuahuas who are at Dogs Trust Merseyside, waiting for a new home together. Crystal is 11 years old and Finnegan is 14.
Crystal is not enjoying being in kennels. She’s had quite a sheltered life and isn’t used to walking on a lead at all, but she’s trying her best with lots of encouragement from her carers. Crystal is not a lap dog! She’s quite the independent lady and she enjoys exploring.
Finn is a quiet boy who likes attention, and will shout until he gets some. Like Crystal, he really isn’t enjoying kennels and has never been walked. He loves to have his bum scratched, or a good grooming session, and titbits are the way to his heart.
Crystal and Finnegan don’t particularly get along with other dogs, so only want to live with one another. They can live with children aged 16 and over. They need patient and understanding adopters who won’t rush them and who will visit the Centre a few times before taking them home. They’ve never been left alone before and so need a home where someone is around all day. They would like to have a nice garden to pootle around in.
