31/1/19 – Dottie and Daffy have gone to their new home!
———–

Adorable duo Daffy and her sister Dottie have found themselves in rescue with Dogs Trust in Merseyside and are looking for a new home togther after their owner sadly passed away. They are so closely bonded but have very different characters.

Dottie and Daffy are Staffordshire Bull Terriers and are aged 8+ years. Daffy is certainly the shy half of the pair, but that’s understandable as she’s a little bewildered by her change in life at present, but she is coming out of her shell. She loves to take her time on walks, sniffing everything and just gently pottering about. She takes treats from her carers everso gently and loves to eat with Dottie. She is initially shy, but, once she knows you, she is much more affectionate and likes to come and sit by you. She is housetrained.

Daffy

Dottie is a little more confident than her sister, but she’s most at home when she’s curled up in bed with Daffy, nestled in a cosy duvet of course. Her curiosity always wins out and she’ll approach you for a sniff and a gentle fuss. She can be very affectionate when she knows you. She’s friendly with strangers, loves treats and will work for food.

Dottie

Dottie and Daffy will need a home where someone is there most of the day as they get a little worried if left alone too long. They will walk with quiet dogs but they seem to be happy without any other interaction. They are looking for a quiet home where they will be allowed time to settle in, maybe with someone who is retired or around for most of the day, and where any children are aged over 14.
