Foxy (Teckels Animal Sanctuaries, Gloucestershire)

Cute Foxy is a lovely, little guy looking for a quieter home where he can mooch about and potter around just as he pleases. He’s hoping to be offered his forever home soon and, until then, is in the care of Teckels Animal Sanctuaries in Gloucestershire.

Foxy is a male Chihuahua Cross and is 11 years old. He doesn’t need a huge amount of exercise but still enjoys his daily walks. He loves company and a good neck scratch when he knows you, but doesn’t like to be picked up and over-handled.

Foxy doesn’t want to share his home with another dog, as he likes to have the space and affection to himself. New owners will need to be prepared to do some house-training with him, as he does tend to scent-mark in new places initially.

Foxy has had his coat clipped and he does require regular brushing and grooming as he is a long-haired dog. He has some minor health issues being investigated with the vets, but these can be discussed with any potential adopters.
