15/1/20 – Lovely Holly has found a new home!
—————-

Sweet Holly is looking for a forever home full of love for her retirement. She’s had an incredibly sad life prior to her rescue, but now she’s happily living in a foster home in Bury, Lancashire, provided by Active Animals Rescue and Rehabilitation. She can be adopted anywhere in the U.K. if the prospective adopter is willing to travel.

Holly is an older lady who loves a potter in the garden, naps, cuddles and a chilled-out life. She is currently living in her foster home with 10 other dogs and is great with them all, but it would be wonderful to get her into a quieter home with more one-to-one company.

Holly is used to visiting children and is very sweet with them. It’s not known how she is with cats, but given her gentle nature if a potential adopter lived close enough, the Rescue would happily give her a chance in a home with cats.

Holly can manage short little plods, but it’s a good-sized garden with lots of attention and good food that she craves most. A home with another dog would be an added benefit for her to socialise with a little. She’s been known to have a short play with the younger ones in foster.

Holly is fully vaccinated, spayed and microchipped.
