Cutie girl Belle is an 8-year-old Shar Pei cross British Bulldog. She came into the care of Freshfields Animal Rescue in Liverpool as her owner could no longer look after her. She’s adorable!

She’s an affectionate, playful and steady dog who is loved by all staff and volunteers at Freshfields. They say, “Belle loves to be with people and spends lots of time in our hub room with our wonderful volunteers playing with her favourite squeaky toys!

“She would benefit from someone who is home most of the day to begin with whilst she settles in and can live with children aged 12+ as long as they are sensible and will give her space when needed.

“Belle is not dog reactive but prefers them to not be in her personal space so she does need a pet free home.

“Belle has had a few off site adventures recently including a walk around Lunt meadows and a trip to the enclosed field. She loves her car journeys so much that she now waits by the cars in hopes she’ll get to go on another trip!”

Belle is a real foody with and excellent nose for treats in pockets and has perfected her soulful, Good Girl stare for convincing people to give them to her!

Belle is spayed and vaccinated, robust and cuddlesome. She pretty active and loves her walks but she also loves to snooze!
