4/10/23 – Sadie’s foster carer has decided to adopt her!

Who could resist that little old face? Sadie is a 9-year-old small Staffy who was rescued from the pound in a terrible condition. She is now with Dogs4Rescue in Manchester. They rehome their dogs within Greater Manchester and surrounds.

This gorgeous girl has been in long-term foster and doing great there, but she’s still waiting for her forever home and has sadly been overlooked so far. All Sadie wants is to be with her people – she’s just a typical devoted and loving staffy. She’s looking for an adult-only home where she will have lots of human company and cuddles.

Sadie is fine with the dogs at the rescue, but when she’s out on the lead she can be reactive. She needs an owner who will handle this calmly, and Dogs4Rescue will happily give tips and advice. They would prefer to find her a home where she is the only dog, but she did recently manage to share her foster home with another staffy, so there is potential if it is the right match. Sadie definitely can’t live with cats though.

Sadie loves her walks and is still full of energy for an older girl, but she equally loves chilling on the sofa for snuggles too.

She arrived with very poor skin and the rescue has been trying different medications and diets to get it under control. She is doing well with Apoquel which Dogs4Rescue can help cover the cost of for anyone wanting to adopt her.

Could you offer pretty Sadie the home and companionship she deserves?
