Limon, also known as Limoncello and Remy, was abandoned in a cage at the gates of Galgos en Familia in Spain. The state in which he arrived was very serious: beaten, full of wounds, with eye infections, very malnourished, anaemic, with a lot of parasites and several diseases associated with them. This was an extremely complicated case of animal abuse.
Happily, Limon is now in a foster home in Sheffield, Yorkshire, provided by Project Galgo. He is a black and tan mixed breed and was born on 7/7/2017. Limon weighs 14.5kg, is 50cm high and is neutered.
Despite such a hard past, Limon is a cheerful chap with a zest for life. He loves being involved with his humans and is extremely lovable. He is amazing with all dogs and people. It’s possible he could also live with cats.
Limon is looking for a home where he can be with his human most of the time. He likes nice, sniffy places to walk and comfy places to sleep with someone who has time to devote to him and to love him.
Limon does not like thing which go “ping”! Microwaves and phones upset him and he’s also not keen on his own reflection. He doesn’t like city areas.
Limon’s health condition is now great. All his medical issues have been treated and he has recovered well. He has had some teeth removed and so needs softer food.
