Handsome Jack is a 7-8 year old Crossbreed boy who’s in a multi-dog foster home in Wymondham, Norfolk through Safe Rescue. He’s spent far too much of his life penned up (almost half!) and is making up for lost time now he has home comforts again.
He can live with other dogs, male or female and of any size, or as an only dog. He wants a child-free and cat-free retirement home.
Jack loves his walks and is initially very keen to get moving so is strong on the lead at first. He does settle down and walks nicely.
He is wary of unknown dogs and would rather avoid them. His favourite sort of walk is in a secure field where he can have an off-lead gallop!
Jack is friendly with all people…
…and very affectionate with those he trusts.
He makes his foster family laugh everyday with his goofy ways.
He will definitely need a secure garden to relax in, the latter being something he’s extremely good at.
The main thing Jack wants is one or two people, and a sofa, to call his own.
Please note that Safe Rescue have a policy that all dogs adopted from them must wear a slip lead on walks. Please only enquire about Safe Rescue dogs if you are happy to always use a slip lead – extendable leads are not acceptable to Safe Rescue. All dogs have to be collected and a crate must be used.
