Dash (RSPCA Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire)

16/5/22 – Dash is now reserved!
Dash was too energetic for his elderly owner. He’s only 11, so still youthful for a Collie! He needs a child-free home where he won’t be left for long. He’s a sensitive boy and was very upset about moving to kennels, so you must be calm and understanding.

Lola (Foal Farm Animal Rescue, Kent)

Lola loves ball games, treats and fuss from those she trusts. She’s shy at first but worth putting in the effort to befriend because she’s so soppy and fun! She enjoys walks with other dogs but wants to be the only pet in a child free home. She’s adorable!

Mitzi (Safe Rescue, fostered Norfolk)

This gentle lady is looking for a peaceful, adult-only home with at least one other friendly dog to help her confidence. She’s OK with cats, generally. She’s shy of strangers but loves treats from anyone! Mitzi’s favourite occupation is snoozing on the sofa or her own comfy bed… bliss!

Pretty, smiling Spot! (Oldies Club, fostered Dumfries & Galloway)

02/05/2022: No more applications please. Spot has been reserved!
Sweet, gentle Spot needs an adult-only, rural home with people at home most of the time. She loves fairly long, peaceful walks and is an ideal gardening companion. Spot likes a good routine, so only apply if you can provide that. We want Spot to keep her smile!

Buskybear (Rescue Remedies, fostered Wiltshire)

This cuddlesome boy deserves a special owner or two, worthy of his love. He’s affectionate with people he trusts and gets on well with other friendly dogs he knows. However, he finds lots of things to worry about and needs to be made to feel safe. Could you help him?

Niko (Friends of Akitas, kennelled Notts.)

Niko is a well behaved, loving, playful boy who will make you smile every day. He loves walks and is friendly with both dogs and humans of all ages. He needs peace at home so he wants to be an only pet and could live with teenagers. He loves fuss!

Gunner (Rescue Remedies, kennelled Surrey)

19/04/2022: Gunner has been adopted having been spotted on Oldies Club! Hooray!
Everyone who meets Gunner comments on how gentle and affectionate he is. He gets on with other friendly dogs. He ignores cats, sheep and even ducks (which his breed is supposed to herd!). His favourite thing is fuss and he’ll lean in for a cuddle. He’s very lovely indeed!

Prince (South East Dog Rescue, Kent)

Neglected and starved, Prince was dumped in a park. A horrid life has left him wary: you must be hands-off until he asks for attention. His cheely personality (and joie de vivre bark) will gradually emerge. He needs a quiet, pet-free, adult home in a low-dog-density area.

Amie (SOKS, kennelled Cornwall)

Amie has survived who-knows-what and come through it a loving, sweet-natured, loyal dog. She wants to be the only pet in a home where any young people are aged 16+. She desperately wants to be out of kennels and in a comfy foster or forever home full of love!

Toffee (Love Underdogs, Essex)

This beautiful boy is good with most other dogs and is an affectionate with those he trusts. He wants a quiet home with no children but plenty of moderate walks and play time. He’s on a special diet to manage allergies and needs sensible, calm owners to lavish with love!

Bjorn (Love Underdogs, Essex)

Happy, playful, affectionate and great with other dogs, Bjorn is an all round star. He needs countryside walks and owners experienced with large breeds. He’d love living with another dog or two but no children or cats. He loves agility training, ball wrangling and just being with his people.

Axel & Lexi (Friends of Akitas, Bedfordshire)

Akitas are always special, a mix of nobility and soppiness but discerning about who they’re soppy with. These two are the best of the breed, keeping each other relaxed and entertained while still wanting human cuddles. They want to be only pets and to enhance your life with their beauty!

Maze (Rescue Remedies, Surrey)

Maze the super intelligent Collie cross is full of affection for everyone who’s nice to him. He’s wary of other dogs and prefers them to keep their distance so that he doesn’t have to engage. Agile, loving and bright as a supernova, could Maze be your new best friend?

Balto (Love Underdogs, Essex)

Are you coming for a walkies?! Balto loves the outdoors and enjoys car rides to new places for adventures. He wants to be an only pet in an adult-only home, although he’s happy to have walks with other dogs he knows. He requires lots of love, fuss and gallivanting!

Bond (Rescue Remedies, West Sussex)

This bright and friendly boy has a waggy tail and kisses at the ready for just about anyone. He feels very differently about other dogs and warns them to keep their distance, which they do. He loves playing fetch, carrying his ball, greeting humans and getting treats!

Snow (Romanian Rescue Appeal, fostered Wirral)

Snow is as lovely as she looks! She’s affectionate and walks beautifully on the lead. She doesn’t want to deal with cats or children in her home but she does want another nice dog or two. Could you give this gentle soul the relaxing retirement she deserves?

Butch (1 Dog At A Time, Northants)

30/06/2021 – Butch has been adopted! Hooray!
Butch likes walks in the countryside, snoozing in the sunshine and getting fusses. He likes being stroked so much that he mumbles about how much he’s enjoying it! He’s good around lady dogs but is wary of most males. Could Butch be your new, outdoorsy best friend?
