26/8/11 – We are sad to hear that poor Gracie had to be put to sleep. Here is what her carer at Rain Rescue said about her:
With a heavy heart I need to tell you that poor Gracie was pts yesterday. She was originally with us for 6 months then returned by her foster carers 3 months ago and we were all very attached to her. RIP beautiful girl.

Gracie is a gorgeous 8 year old Crossbreed lady who is in a Rain Rescue foster home in South Yorkshire.
Gracie is a very energetic, lively and fun loving lady who is definitely not yet ready for her cocoa and slippers!
She was initially upset at losing her home of many years, but she’s settled into her foster home well and is proving to be a great dog. She’s good with dogs and loves people – could live with children of 10+. She isn’t used to cats.
Gracie is fine to be left on her own for up to 4 hours. She loves her walks and will make a great family pet.
