24/05/2016 – Sadly this beautiful Lady became ill and has passed away. “Run Free lovely Lilly”
This beautiful older Lady is Lilly! She is a gorgeous fawn and white Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross who is desperate to find a loving new home. At present, she is in the care of Animals In Need in Northamptonshire.
Sadly Lilly is looking for a new home through no fault of her own as her family no longer wanted her and she was taken to the pound. They saw what a sweet and gentle girl she was and asked the rescue if they could find a new home for her.
Lilly is looking for a quieter home where she can enjoy a long and happy retirement. She gets on fine with other dogs, so could happily live with another quieter dog. She is a gentle soul who would make an ideal companion so may suit an older person or maybe a retired couple who will give her lots of love.
She enjoys going for walks and would enjoy a gentle stroll everyday. Like most Staffies she loves people and is always happy to see you with a smiling face and a wagging tail. She is a very affectionate girl who adores plenty of fuss and would love to be able to sit next to you enjoying a nice cuddle and watching the world go by.
Lilly is in good health for her age, but like a lot of us as we get older, does suffer with a little arthritis and is taking metacam for this. She is a fully house trained and is an absolute joy to have around.
So if you think you could give Lilly a loving home where she will gets all the love and care she deserves, and would like to find out more, then please contact Animals in Need as follows:
