11/05/18 – Daisy’s been rehomed!

Darling Daisy is a sweet, cheerful, peace-loving lady in the care of Dogs Trust Darlington, as her previous owner became too poorly to look after her. She is 8 years old, 9 in July. Daisy’s looking for a quiet, adult only home as an only pet. She’s a cuddly girl and there’s a lot of her to love…

…OK, a little too much. She takes anti-inflammatories for stiff hips and slimming down will really help. You’ll have to stay strong and not give her any tit bits. No matter how adorable the pleading look!

At least she loves her walks, so getting her exercising will be the easy part. She can be choosy about which other dogs meet up to her standards but is generally fine with most when out and about. As well as her daily outings, she wants a garden where she can keep herself amused playing with her toys or snuffling.

Daisy is really affectionate with those she loves. She’s nervous of strangers so a home where not many visitors come and go will be best for her. When she does meet new people, they have to be patient about letting her come to them in her own time as she’s a sensitive soul. A lovely, peaceful dog-oriented routine for dear little Daisy please… with plenty of cuddles!
