Cute 9-year-old Henry is a proper gentleman, with a loving and inquisitive nature. He is with Senior Staffy Club and is in kennels in the Stafford area, hoping someone will soon offer him a lovely new home.

All the walkers at the kennels love taking Henry out, because he’s so well-mannered and eager to please. He walks nicely on the lead, unless he suddenly decides he wants to investigate a particular patch of grass, then he can be quite strong, but he is learning not to pull and he walks better on a harness.

Because he loves his walks, Henry would like an active home where he can have nice long walks and also play a little. He likes his toys, but needs strong ones!

Henry is a very clean boy in his kennel. He is a good boy who takes treats nicely and will sit and give you his paw too. He is good at the vets as well and he just loves people.

Henry is fine with other dogs when out and about – sometimes quite curious, but never unfriendly with them, but he would be best as the only dog in the home as he may not want to share his toys!

Henry can’t live with cats, but he can live with children over 10, as he has done so previously.

Could you offer Henry a loving, comfortable home with plenty of good walks?
