1/9/18 – We’ve heard the wonderful news that Max and Flash have found a new home together and they are settling in well. Marvellous!

Max is an 8 year old black Labrador and yellow Flash is his 6 year old son. Max and Flash are looking for a home together as they have always lived together. They are at Jerry Green Dog Rescue’s South Lincolnshire centre in Boston.
Max and Flash are super-friendly boys who absolutely love people and especially love cuddles. They are happy being home alone for short periods and are housetrained. They travel well too.
They are friendly with dogs when out and about but have never lived with other dogs. They would prefer to be your only pets and then socialise with other dogs when out. They have lived with cats previously but it didn’t work well as they chased and wouldn’t leave the cats alone, so need a cat-free home. They have lived with children and were very good, so could live with dog-savvy children that are used to big, bouncy dogs.
Max doesn’t need too much exercise as he has hip dysplasia and is on ongoing pain medication. He prefers shorter walks and plenty of snoozing. Flash is very playful, loves his toys, and loves long walks – Max is happy staying at home while Flash goes out for his longer walks. They do play together though and Max is always the one to initiate the play.
Max and Flash are neutered and ready to go off to their new home as soon as possible please!
