8/9/18 – Milo has found his new home!
Milo is a gorgeous 7-year-old large-breed x Staffy mixture with a gorgeous dark brown/brindle coat who has been in rescue over 2.5 years through no fault of his own. He spent three Christmases in kennels, bless him, and he is very lucky to be alive after the first rescue he was in closed down and he was due to be put to sleep. Thankfully is now with Last Hope Rescue, in a foster home in Preston, Lancashire, but he thoroughly deserves to find a forever home as soon as possible.
Milo needs an adult home with a garden and no other animals. He is a loving and playful boy who walks well but can be strong on the lead, so needs an owner with experience of strong dogs. He is excellent in the home, well-behaved and obedient and he settles and sleeps well. He can be protective of the home and bark at visitors and so he needs a quiet, calm home where this will be managed with patience and where he will be allowed plenty of time to settle in.
Milo’s tail almost falls off it wags so much when anyone gives him attention. He loves walks and a good run around with a ball, which is a great way to get to know him. Please watch a video of Milo doing what he loves best, playing with his ball here.
