17/6/2018 – Adorable Ned has found a home!

Ned is a 16-year-old Cairn Terrier who is at Dogs Trust Merseyside now that his owner has sadly passed away.

Ned is an independent chap who knows what he wants, and at his age he’s entitled to be! He loves to be out and about and is still active, and he might make a great retirement pal for someone who likes to spend time in the garden. He still enjoys playing with toys but doesn’t like to share them with other dogs.

Ned is friendly with everyone, and gets along with other dogs too although he can be a little amorous with them! He is OK to be around children aged 12 plus, but they need to be mindful that his ears get sore from time to time.

He’s in great health apart from being deaf and having occasional sore ears. He is housetrained. Any medical bills incurred for treatment for Ned’s ears will be paid for by Dogs Trust under their Shared Adoption Scheme.
