Otto (Safe Rescue, fostered Norwich)

Sadly, poor Otto was recently abandoned on the streets of Romania, probably because he belonged to an elderly person whose family threw him out after the person’s death, a common practice in Romania. Otto is safe and comfortably at home now in foster care in Norwich with Safe Rescue.

Despite this, Otto is a happy little chap who is gentle and loving. He is a small Chihuahua Cross and is around 8 years old. He is already walking well on a lead and loves a good old grandpa nap. His fosterer says he is as good as gold and they don’t even know he’s there half the time.

Otto likes to lay in the garden and is quiet at night. He is also cat friendly and would be a perfect friend for a retired person or couple.
