Monty (Pawprints To Freedom, fostered Derbyshire)

Perfect all-round family dog, Monty, would be a wonderful addition to any home. He’s super friendly and gentle with everyone: children, dogs and even cats included. He enjoys time in the garden and is excellent on the lead, tidy and house-trained. What a perfect boy to join your family.

Skye (Chilterns Dog Rescue Society, Tring, Hertfordshire)

Skye is the sweetest little dog imaginable and has so much love to give. At her age (15!) she should not be in kennels so she hopes her special new person will find her quickly and whisk her off to her forever home. Skye has been a much-loved companion and will offer so much love and loyalty.

Hamish (Rovers Dog Rescue, Essex)

Hamish is a total cutie who is friendly and sweet with everyone he meets. All he wants is a home with a comfy bed to snooze on and, of course, a family who will love and cherish him. Can Hamish move into your home and spend his retirement there?

Otto (Safe Rescue, fostered Norwich)

Otto is a happy, little Chihuahua Cross despite having been abandoned on the streets of Romania. He’s gentle and loving and his fosterer hardly knows he’s there half the time! Otto is cat friendly and would make a lovely friend in a quiet retirement home.

Shelly (Starfish Dog Rescue, fostered Birmingham)

Shelly is a little gem who was originally scared of people, but thanks to her previous owner’s love and devotion, she has now blossomed into the most loving little girl. She bonds quickly to a single person or couple and will give you all of her love and loyalty.

Panda (Love Underdogs, Essex)

After a hard life on his own, lovely Panda is ready to feel loved and safe in a home. He is a terrific old boy who loves nature and all the sights, sounds and smells it has to offer. All he wants is a quiet home where he can relax and know he’s loved.

Obie (Stokenchurch Dog Rescue, Buckinghamshire)

Obie is a gentle giant who loves people. He is also good with other dogs and children, as long as they can handle his size and strength. He loves to cool off in the kiddie pool and just take is easy, doing everything in slow motion which is very cute to see! He is looking for owners experienced with large breed and offers lots of love and loyalty in return.

Zoe is always cheerful! She enjoys just about everything and is simply fun to have around. She likes meeting other dogs and really loves playing with her ball! Great with other animals and children, Zoe is a very well rounded individual ;)

Louie (Pattering Paws Dog Rescue, West Midlands)

Gorgeous golden Louie would like a nice retirement home where he can spend most of the day with his owner, go for fun walks, and play ball. He isn’t used to living with dogs or children, so doesn’t really want to start, but he can live with cats.

Lana (Safe Rescue, fostered Hampshire)

Lana is an affectionate, easy-going lady who gets on brilliantly with other medium to large dogs. She’d love to have a dog friend at home, preferably one that likes playing chase. She can live with confident cats too! Lana loves walks, relaxing in the garden and fuss. She’s an all round sweetie!

Josey is a very special lady. She’s friendly to all, she can live with other dogs AND cats and she’s very bright and loving. That’s not the special bit though. It’s this… her eyes are part brown and part blue! This rare and wonderful girl could be your new best friend!

Bob is an affectionate, gentle little gent who loves exploring. He is full of life and love. His enthusiasm is lovely to see, as he set off on adventures with his new family. Bob loves humans and other animals, although he would probably prefer a quieter adult home. He is all set to move in with you and to become your perfect doggy companion.

Mac (Wonky Pets Rescue, fostered Derbyshire)

Mac is a gorgeous boy who really loves love! It takes him a while to trust but once he does, he’s the soppiest dog you could meet. He’s used to life in the countryside with big open spaces, horses and other animals. He wants a retirement of fun and fuss!

Alfie (Leicester Animal Aid)

Happy, loyal Cocker Spaniel Alfie is looking for his forever home where he can enjoy grooming and pampering. He would prefer to be the only canine, but he would not mind a female feline friend and teenage children to play with. He’s rather adorable and irresistible.

Safera (RSPCA Danaher, Essex)

Safera is a delightful girl who loves playing, walking and making doggy friends. Because she is shy, her new owners will need to take it slowly with her but she is worth the effort. A true ray of sunshine, Safera will make a wonderful friend and loving companion.

Blue (Stray Dogs Sanctuary, Devon)

3/4/18 – Blue went to a new home a few days ago. Stray Dogs Sanctuary have been told that Blue is settling in well, and the other elderly staffy in the home loves him and keeps licking him! Happy days now Blue.

Shep (Safe Rescue, fostered Norfolk)

Shep is a sweet old boy who has probably never had a home and family, but that is changing now that he is in a foster home. A life of luxury is what he deserves for his remaining years. Can you offer him the love, care and cuddles he has missed out on? 21/6/18 – Shep still needs a home!

Rocky (Vigil GSD Rescue, currently in Kent)

3/3/18 – We are absolutely delighted to share the news that gorgeous Rocky is reserved and should be going to a new home very soon. Vigil told us that they have lost count of the number of people that have contacted them about Rocky after seeing him on the Oldies Club website. This very special news is giving us a wonderful warm glow!

Bear (Ark Animal Rescue, at home Grimsby)

Bear is like a soft, fluffy teddy and is just as cuddly. He’s friendly and affectionate with people he knows but can be nervous of strangers. He’s used to living with dogs and cats. Bear is good with children and can live with teenagers. He’s gorgeous. 17/6/18 – Bear still needs a home!

Mister Blue (Irish Setter Rescue & Rehome, Worcestershire)

Mister Blue is good with cats and sociable with other dogs of all sizes. He’s pretty big himself. Well, huge in fact! He’s gradually losing the podge with his new diet and gentle exercise regime.
