25/07/18 – Rico has found a home at last – wonderful news!

Rico is an absolutely adorable 8 year old brindle and white Staffy boy who is at RSPCA Danaher Animal Home in Essex.
Rico is a typically fun-loving, people-loving Staffy, and because he thrives on being with humans poor Rico is very stressed in his kennel. He’s longing to find a home where he’ll have good company most of the time, for snuggles and just feeling safe.
Rico can be a bit vocal around other dogs so would love a home where he will be your only dog. He can’t live with cats. He should be fine to live with children aged 8+, subject to RSPCA Danaher staff discretion.
Rico loves to play with his ball, but his back legs aren’t what they were so he only has short walks. He is on long term pain relief for this. When he arrived at Danaher he was rather on the chubby side! He’s lost some weight now but his future adopters will need to keep an eye on his waistline, especially as one of Rico’s favourite things in the world is food!
