Meet Timmy! This 7 year old crossbreed boy is a true gentleman who doesn’t have a cross word for anyone! Timmy is originally from Romania, notorious for their appalling treatment of dogs, and he was sadly no exception. Luckily, however, Safe Rescue took him in and brought him to the UK to start a new life with a family who will love and cherish him as he deserves.
Timmy spent all of his life as a stray. He and some other dogs lived on the grounds of a factory and were fed by the workers there. The factory closed, however, and the dog catchers moved in, but Timmy and one of his friends were saved before they were caught.
Timmy is a kindly, patient old boy who loves children and shares happily with other dogs. He hasn’t been around cats to their knowledge, but is such an kind soul, he would probably leave them alone. He seems to take everything in his stride; he has such a calming presence.
Timmy is a joy to have around. He’s not asking for much, just a nice comfy home with people to love and possibly some other dogs to hang around with. And perhaps a nice cooling paddle in the pool when it gets too hot (see above)!
Timmy will bring so much joy and love into your life. Please, if you can adopt him, give him that happy life he deserves!
