27/3/2018 Adorable Woody is now reserved again and looking forward to going to his new home soon.

Active, clever and always up for adventure, Woody is a 7 year old dashing Pug cross Beagle. He is looking for a like-minded home with the help of Leicester Animal Aid. Woody was recently rehomed but returned through no fault of his own; it was due to the owner’s anxiety sadly.
Woody is a sprightly lad who enjoys running around and playing games. He is intelligent and loves to learn. He looks forward to new adventures in the car and is ready to plan the year with holidays and days out. Woody is best kept on the lead as he can race off in excitement blissfully unaware that you may not be able to keep up.
Woody would enjoy living with teenage children who would be happy to try and catch him and help keep him entertained but would also be respectful when he is eating … he loves his food so much and does not like to share, even with his loving humans. He could possibly live with another canine companion who would like to join in the fun.
Like most dogs, Woody prefers not to visit the Vet and does like to greet new people with a good old bark. He just likes everyone to know that he is the dog of the house. He can be heard playing with his toys also, and, if he gets too excited, sometimes remains of them are found around the house. When he’s tired out after all the fun and games, he loves a comfy duvet to snuggle in … and is happy for you to join him.
