31/10/18 – Lovely little Zac has found his new home!

Cute little Zac is a 9 year old Jack Russell Terrier boy, brought to you by Last Chance Animal Rescue in Edenbridge, Kent. He’s looking for an adult only home where he can be outdoorsy and busy but still get plenty of fuss! He’d probably prefer being an only pet so he can form a really strong bond with his human. He’s an affectionate, cheerful, extremely dinky and beautiful boy.
Zac gets on with some other dogs and it’s just possible he could share his home with one. He can be intimidated by others though. Most dogs do rather loom over him because even by JRT standards, he’s built pretty close to the ground!
Zac loves being out and about. When he’s off lead, e.g. in a secure field, he delights in whizzing about, bounding through tall grass and zipping under hedges. He’s a real joy to be with! He’s good on the lead too.
If you’re busy gardening Zac will entertain himself exploring, checking for rodents etc. and still keep an eye on you to make sure you’re OK. His recall is good. He’s a wonderful little companion, ever so bright!
His nervousness of other dogs makes kennel life pretty stressful for him, poor boy. He needs someone who can see past his tense state when he’s in his kennel. Once away from it, he’s a different dog! Altogether jolly, dependable, funny and loving.
Zac is neutered, healthy and has the typical JRT hoppity-skippity step when he’s excited. So cute!
