Duke (Last Chance Animal Rescue, Kent)

3/11/19 – Duke still needs a home

Duke is a loving, tan and white Pointer/Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross and he’s looking for a very special someone who will give him a chance. He is currently being rehomed by Last Chance Animal Rescue in Edenbridge, Kent.

Duke is 9 years old and is very misunderstood. He has had no luck in his previous homes as he gets given up on straight away. Duke can give a little snap in certain situations when he feels threatened but, other than that, he just wants to be loved and have loads of cuddles.

Duke is great with other dogs when off-lead but is best suited as the only pet due to jealousy. He is toy mad and loves squeeky ones. Despite his age, he has a lot of energy and loves going exploring on long walks.

Once Duke trusts you and knows you very well, his snaps become less and less. He’s just unfortunately never been in a home long enough to overcome this, so he is looking for a very understanding, patient owner who can show him the way to a wonderful life.
