1/1/20 – Mavis is now in a foster home.
Mavis is a very friendly Crossbreed lady who came into Manchester Dogs’ Home as a stray, so not much is known about her history. Sadly, she has not had much interest from prospective adopters for several months and also was not coping with kennel life very well.
Mavis is much happier now she is in a foster home, but she is looking for a forever, retirement home with her own family to love. She is a very affectionate girl who loves human interaction. Mavis is approximately 10 – 13 years old and she is good with her foster carer’s grandchildren. She is also fine with other dogs.
Mavis has a touch of arthritis, but she has a great temperament and just needs a loving place to call her own.
