Mildred (Jerry Green Dog Rescue, South Lincolnshire)

26/5/19 – Little Mildred has found a new home!

Mildred is a pretty Patterdale, aged over 10, who arrived in rescue with her companion George. She is in a foster home with Jerry Green Dog Rescue in Boston, Lincolnshire. The decision has been made to rehome George and Mildred separately as in foster they don’t seem to do well together and it seems they would be happier apart.

Mildred would happily dream the day away curled up on a sofa. She enjoys a relaxed lifestyle and would love a family to relax with her. She enjoys sitting on laps and is partial to a treat or two.

She would like to be your only dog, to receive all of the love on offer. She could potentially live with kind children aged 12 and above, subject to a successful meeting at the rescue.

Mildred is not quite housetrained, so further encouragement and praise when she ‘goes’ outside will be needed. She can be left on her own for short periods of time and she travels well.

Mildred has recently had mammary lumps removed, and has a little fatty lump that doesn’t need attention currently and the vet just advised to monitor for changes.
