23/7/19 – Poppy has found a home!
Cute little Poppy is a small-to-medium sized crossbreed lady who is a young oldie at the age of just 7. She has lived most of her life in a field in Romania fending for herself and her puppies. It’s high time she had someone to take care of her for a change! Safe Rescue brought her to the UK so she can find a loving family who can offer her the forever home she deserves.
Poppy enjoys taking it easy. She is a quiet girl whose main interests are food and sleep. She’s at about a 50-50 split on her preference for each! She loves her food, but she can always be enticed into her bed for a nice kip.
Poppy is a very sweet little girl but she is a little shy and hesitant when it comes to meeting new people. When she knows you well, she becomes very cuddly, friendly and loving. She gets on with other dogs but isn’t that interested in them.
Poppy would prefer a quiet home without young children to disturb her nap time. Older, respectful children are okay. She just prefers a quiet life just hanging out doing her thing. She is a good little companion who will bring you a lot of happiness and love into your life.
