Rodge (NAWT, Berkshire)

Cuddly Rodge is a gentle 10-year-old Crossbreed lad who is at NAWT, Berkshire, needing a new home after his previous owners sadly passed away.

Rodge is a fabulous boy who loves fuss and attention. When the staff and volunteers give him a good groom, he really enjoys it.

He has gradually been losing weight whilst at the centre, as he was very overweight. His new owners will need to keep up his sensible eating and exercise regime. Rodge feels a lot better for losing weight and he loves a good walk in the fields. He tends to pull on the lead when he’s excited so his new owners need to be strong.

Rodge enjoys playing with squeaky toys and nearly always seems to have a toy in his mouth, bless him! He would like to be your only pet but he could live with children aged 12+. He can be left for up to 2 hours, so needs a home where people don’t go out to work for long hours.

Rodge will make a fabulous and fun family friend. Could he come to live with you?
