31/1/19 – Sam has found his new home!

Dear, sweet Sam is such a lovely older boy who is looking for a quiet household and is currently being cared for by Dogs Trust Merseyside.
Sam is aged 8+ and is a smooth, black and white Collie boy who is still playful, though he’s now less active on his walks; he’s a bit of a couch potato. He likes to make human friends, particularly if they’ll play ball with him or offer him a tasty treat. He’s young at heart and is stranger friendly.
Sam is lovely company and also doesn’t mind the company of larger dogs, although he tends to want to round up the smaller ones and other furry beasts. He needs an older family as he is rather wary of children. Sam doesn’t like to be overly handled, as he has a few sensitive spots on his tummy. He is housetrained and can be left alone for a few hours.
