15/04/19 – Sam is being fostered with a view to adoption. Good luck boy!

Gorgeous Sam is a 13 year old Staffy boy, still very much full of beans. He’s in the care of RSPCA South Godstone in Surrey for over a year now, which no one can understand as he’s such a sweetie! He wants to be the only pet in an adult only home for maximum peace and cuddles!

This sensitive boy can be anxious around other dogs and finds the kennel environment overwhelming. He spent a night at a staff members house and was the perfect guest! He spent his day exploring the garden and lying out in the sun, whilst his evening was spent curled up next to her on the sofa as he drifted off to sleep peacefully.

He may be at the grand old age of 13 but he certainly doesn’t act it, as he very much enjoys a game of fetch and would keep playing all day long if he could. Once he’s settled in at his forever home, he can be left for a while and will just sleep until you return. Then you can expect joyful kisses!

Sam loves a fuss, especially bottom scratches! His past story is one of heartbreak as his previous owners were not meeting his welfare needs and he’s been waiting far too long in stressful kennels for his forever human to take him home.

Sam is neutered and has had a few lumps removed but doesn’t need further treatment. He has some stiffness in his legs which he’s on supplements for. This gentleman has a heart of gold, he is just waiting patiently for that special someone to give a second chance at a happy life. Could that be with you?
