18/5/19 – After a life spent confined to a crate, we are delighted to hear that Tara has found a lovely new home!

Little Tara is an absolute sweetheart. She is 7 years old and is in kennels with RSPCA Westmorland in Kendal, Cumbria.

Tara is great with other dogs and she loves being around people, getting lots of fuss. She is full of fun and can live with children, but she would prefer to not live with a cat.

When Tara first arrived in rescue, she had some trouble walking as her back legs were weak. This, very sadly, was due to her previously being kept in a crate all of the time. Poor Tara has made fantastic progress, but her legs are still a little ‘wonky’. Due to this, RSPCA Westmorland are rehoming Tara under their Elderly Animal Rehoming Scheme (EARS) which offers support with vet fees.

This special little lady has so much love and affection to give, and she truly deserves to receive all the love and TLC she has missed out on.

Could you offer Tara a fabulous forever home?
