5/1/20 – Tokyo has found a home!
Shy, little Tokyo is a Miniature Dachshund Cross who is around 10 years old. She was rescued from a Romanian shelter by Safe Rescue where she had been living for a few years. Tokyo is now settling into a foster home near Norwich (FR002) and hopes to go to her forever home soon.
After such a long time with so little human contact, Tokyo is still afraid of human approach. She is gaining confidence, however, and will choose to be in the same room as her human. Once on a lead, she will allow people to stroke her, but it will take a little love and patience before she actually seeks out and enjoys human contact.
Tokyo is a cute little soul who enjoys the company of other dogs and loves her walks. In a more one-to-one environment than her current dog-populated foster home, she is sure to thrive.
Tokyo is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
