Brant is now ready for a quiet and understanding home after originally coming into the care of Safe Rescue a couple of years ago. He has taken some time to flourish and lose his fear of humans in a foster home in Gorleston, Norfolk, but now hopes to go to his forever home soon.

Brant is a medium-sized Crossbreed and is around 10 – 11 years old. He is a sweet, shy boy who, after not making any progress for so long, has begun to relax and realise that maybe life isn’t that bad after all.

Brant is nervous about having his lead put on but, once on, is beginning to enjoy his walks. He is quiet at home and has been clean in the house. Brant gets on with other dogs and seems happier walking with other dogs rather than on his own. He does get worried when cars go past, but is improving and settling more.

Brant won’t seek out attention but certainly doesn’t mind a fuss or being approached while he is relaxing. He is looking for a quiet retirement home with at least one other dog. He will need patience, time and understanding to bring out his best but surely deserves it now. Brant has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

Note: Safe Rescue have a policy that all dogs adopted from Safe Rescue must wear a slip lead on walks for the duration of their lives. Please only enquire about Safe Rescue dogs if you are happy to always use a slip lead – extendable leads are not acceptable to Safe Rescue.
