2/4/21 – Earl has found a new home!
—————–

Earl arrived in care recently after spending years in a Romanian public shelter. He was completely shutdown with no light in his eyes from enduring an awful life of abuse, fear and pain. Safe Rescue suspected that he was in pain and this has been helped with treatment. Now, he’s getting used to a lovely life in a foster home in Gorleston, Norfolk.

Earl is a medium-sized Crossbreed of around 9 years. Despite his past, he is very affectionate and really enjoys a cuddle. He is now getting quite cheeky, barking for more if you stop too soon. He is looking for a quiet retirement home, where he can potter around the garden and catch up on all that love he has missed.

Earl gets on okay with the other dogs in his foster home, but he will guard his food from other dogs and likes his own space. He could live with or without another dog. Earl is still getting used to having a lead put on and it causes him a lot of stress, but he is improving daily and has begun to enjoy short walks.

Earl really is a sweet, older gentleman who deserves a life of home comforts and being spoiled. He is vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.
