1/6/22 – We are so pleased to hear that Prince has found a home. Brilliant news!

Charming Prince is a handsome 10-year-old Akita who is with Friends of Akitas Trust (UK) after being found straying and no owner came forward to claim him. He is currently kennelled in Nottinghamshire.

Prince is an affectionate gentleman who enjoys the company of people and has that super-cute ear thing going on that makes him look so lovely and unique.

He is a well-trained boy: he sits, gives paw, and he ‘speaks’ on command. He is good on the lead and enjoys his walks too. He keeps up nicely with the younger dogs so he will need a relative active home and he is of course a big, strong boy.

The rescue feel that Prince would prefer to be an only dog, although they will look to test him further with the female Akitas at kennels. As they have no previous history on Prince, they can only place him in a home with children over 12 years of age, and will not rehome him where there are cats.

Prince is fully vaccinated, microchipped and will be neutered on 6th May so will be all ready to pack his bags and move to his new home after then.

If this stunningly handsome boy has caught your eye, Friends of Akitas would love to hear from you.
