19/11/23 – Teddy has found a new home – wonderful news!
—————–

Teddy is almost 8 years old. His microchip states that he’s a Japanese Spitz, which the rescue believes is correct, however his previous owner said that he’s a Pomeranian. Teddy is with Animal Rescue and Care in West Sussex. They prefer to rehome locally, where they can home check, however if an ideal home comes up that is further away then a vet reference and video call to check garden boundaries may suffice.

Teddy is in rescue due to a change of family circumstances. He went from having company all day, to being left every day for 10 hours. He has been very much loved, and the family have made the sad decision to give him the chance of a new life where he will get all the company, attention and love he deserves.

Sensitive Teddy is very people oriented but he gets anxious around children, so a quiet, adult-only home is what he needs. He has lived with a cat previously and could be rehomed to live with a dog-confident cat. Teddy could live with another dog provided it isn’t big, lively or bouncy.

Lovely Teddy is OK to be left for up to 4 hours. He very much enjoys his walks and will need two walks per day of about an hour each walk. He travels OK.

Teddy is neutered and has no current medical issues.

Could you offer Teddy a quiet home, good walks and lots of love?
