This beautiful pair are Lottie (10 years, Husky X Lab) and Rocky (7 years, Husky X German Shepherd). They’re currently in a foster home in South Lincolnshire through Jerry Green Dog Rescue.
Lottie & Rocky are looking for a home with no other pets and where any resident children are aged 11 or over. Lottie in particular needs uninterrupted nap times these days and Rocky might accidentally bowl a smaller child over with enthusiasm!
Lottie and Rocky are housetrained, travel well in the car, know their basic manners, and enjoy both relaxing at home and heading out for walks. Once they’ve settled in to their retirement home, time left alone can be built up to 4 hours. They want a nicely dog-oriented routine and a secure garden to explore. Sofas they can sleep on would be nice too!
Rocky can show his protective/GSD side when meeting other dogs so it’s best to walk them in quiet places where he can avoid having to switch into work mode. Lottie’s Lab-like qualities mean her special talent is finding and eating food.
